The issue did get sorted in the end, but the refund took way longer than I expected. It was frustrating waiting around without much update. Has anyone else had the same issue with slow refunds?

I don’t know, I was expecting a bit more. Opened it up, checked the ingredients, and they just seemed kind of cheap to me. For what it costs, I thought it would feel higher quality. It didn’t. Probably wouldn’t buy it again.

The food was fine overall. Nothing bad, just okay. But the reheating part... yeah, that was more annoying than I expected. It said a certain time, so I followed it, waited, checked it, and some parts were hot while other spots were still kind of cold. Had to keep putting it back in. Not the biggest deal, but definitely less convenient than I was hoping.

I really wanted this to work, but the macros just didn't fit what I'm aiming for. The meals felt too carb-heavy, like really, really heavy on the carbs for my diet.

So, my order showed up two days late, which was... great. No updates, no heads-up, nothing. I’m sure the food was just having a nice little vacation somewhere. Anyway, super calm about it, obviously, but I won’t be ordering again.

I was expecting a decent meal for the price, but the portions were tiny. They make it seem like you’re getting something satisfying, and then you finish eating and you’re still hungry. Disappointing.

I do like being able to pick my meals each week, but I’ve noticed some of the swaps I want just arent available. It’s still nice, but I wish the menu had a few more easy changes or options every week...

I’ve been ordering from balancedbodyfoods.com for a while now, and overall I feel like the prices are fair for what you get. The portions are solid, the food arrives fresh, and I don’t feel like I’m overpaying compared to grabbing takeout or buying random ready-made meals. I also like that the order emails and receipts are easy to follow, so I can actually see what I spent each week. Nothing super fancy, just good value and a big time-saver during busy weekdays.

The meals look good, and I do appreciate that they include allergen info. But tbh, I had to click around more than I expected to actually feel confident about what was in some of the dishes. A few items were super clear, while others were kinda vague, especially for things like nuts or dairy.
If you only have mild allergies, it’s probably fine imo. But for anything serious, I’d def want more detailed info or a better filter so you don’t have to hunt for answers. Not a dealbreaker, just something that needs a little work.

My box showed up badly crushed, and a bunch of the meals had leaked all over inside. I was really disappointed because I was expecting everything to be sealed and ready to use. Has this happened to anyone else?
